Mattresses Return Policy

You have 100 calendar days (from the date of delivery) to return your Wilderness Mattress. We ask that you sleep on your awesome new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust. Sometimes going from a terrible mattress, to a comfy new one can take some time to adjust.

 To initiate a return, simply email a request to Returns@W-RV.com. Please include your order number in the email. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will simply have you find a local charity to donate the mattress to.  (to be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged).  Once proof of donation has been sent to us, you will receive a full refund. And someone in need will get a new mattress. Everyone wins!! You must receive an email approval of donation before making the donation. 

 We will never ask you to squeeze the mattress back into that tiny box! So once you open your new mattress just throw it away. 

 *Please note shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada are non-refundable. If you live in one of these locations you will receive a full product refund minus shipping cost. 

 We stand behind our product so much we offer you one of the most RISK FREE trials in the industry. We are sure you will love our products. But just in case it does not work out for you. We keep things simple. At the end of the day our customers satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Trials and exchanges are limited to 1 use per customer household. Sleep trial is for new customers only, even if you order a different mattress on any future orders.

Need To Cancel Your Order?

We understand things happen, and sometimes and order needs to be canceled. If your order is able to be cancelled before going into production, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.  If your order has already went into production but has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund minus a $49 stocking fee. If your order has already shipped or has already been delivered. And you need to cancel the simply give us a call at 888-844-7701 and we can give you instructions on how to return the mattress. In order to be granted approval for return. You must have had the mattress for less than 30 days and the mattress must be unopened and still in the original box. Once we receive the mattress back you will receive a full refund minus a $49 stocking fee. The customer is also liable for return shipping to us.

 Ordered the Wrong size....

Wilderness RV Mattress is not responsible for buyers ordering the incorrect size or firmness. Do not rely on floorplans or your salesman for sizes. Be sure to measure yourself and please always double check your selections.
