Return / Refund Policy 2
Return / Refund Policy
Trial Period / Warranty & Returns
We totally get it — buying a mattress online can feel like a leap of faith. You're not able to lie down on it in a showroom or ask a salesperson 100 questions. That’s exactly why we go out of our way to make this decision feel less risky. We showcase real, unfiltered customer reviews right on our product pages. But more importantly, we offer you a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial. Yes, you read that right. Sleep on your new Wilderness RV Mattress for up to 100 nights, and if it’s not working out, we’ll make it right.
That said, here’s the fine print (because you knew it was coming): You have exactly 100 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. But before you email us to kick that off, we kindly ask that you give it at least 30 nights. Why? Because your body needs a little time to adjust — especially if you’re upgrading from a worn-out mattress you’ve had way too long. Give it a fair shot.
To start a return, just shoot us an email at returns@w-rv.com with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility (based on date and condition), and then we’ll ask that you donate the mattress to a local charity. Seriously — no hauling it back to us, no wrestling it into the original box (throw that thing away). Just do some good with it. But — and this is important — please wait until we give you written approval before making the donation. Once you send us proof of donation, we’ll process a full refund for the mattress. You do some good, we make good on our guarantee. Everyone wins!!
Now for the not-so-fun logistics: The mattress must be clean and undamaged to qualify. Shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are non-refundable — if you live in one of those places, your product refund will be full, minus whatever we paid to get it to you.
We believe in this mattress. That’s why we offer one of the most risk-free trials in the RV bedding world. We make things simple because, at the end of the day, your satisfaction is what keeps us going. But to be fair to everyone, we do limit sleep trials and returns to one per household. Custom-sized or built-to-order products aren't eligible for returns, trials, or exchanges — those are made just for you.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
We know plans change. Maybe you misread the size, changed rigs, or just had second thoughts. No problem — if your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Easy. If your order has already gone into production but hasn’t shipped yet, we can still cancel it, but we’ll need to deduct a $49 stocking fee. That helps cover labor and materials that have already been committed to your mattress.
If your mattress has already shipped or been delivered, you’ll need to email us at returns@w-rv.com. (Please note: we handle all returns and cancellations via email so there’s a clear chain of communication. If you call, we’ll kindly redirect you back to email for tracking purposes.) If it’s still within 30 days, and the mattress is completely unopened and in the original box, you may qualify for a return. You’ll be responsible for shipping it back to us and, again, a $49 stocking fee applies. Once we receive it in resellable condition, we’ll issue your refund.
Ordered the Wrong Size?
This happens more than you’d think. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for size or firmness issues caused by incorrect selections. RV floorplans, salespeople, or even brochures can be misleading, so please measure your space yourself and double-check before placing your order. Also, keep in mind: our mattresses, like all foam products, can vary slightly in dimension due to temperature and pressure — usually within ±1 inch. This is totally normal and part of how foam behaves. Don’t worry, we engineer with this in mind.
Still with us? Great. If you’ve read this far, you probably really care about making the right decision — and so do we. That’s why this return policy is here: to protect you, your wallet, and our ability to keep building awesome RV mattresses. Now go get some sleep.
