- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your mattress will be repaired or replaced at our discretion within 5 working days (not including shipping time).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility. We will cover the cost to ship the repaired or replacement mattress back to you.
Caring for Your Mattress
- Use a supportive, level, and sturdy base to prevent damage.
- Rotate the mattress from end to end every 3–6 months. (No need to flip — our mattresses are one-sided.)
- Always use a protective mattress pad that stretches and allows airflow.
- Keep the mattress dry. Do not allow it to get wet — water can break down foam adhesives and void the warranty.
- Do not drag the mattress; lifting prevents damage to the cover.
- Avoid jumping or walking on the mattress to prevent structural or surface damage.
- Never dry clean. Only use mild soap and water for spot cleaning, and avoid soaking the mattress.
